Who handles your data?

This site is currently for testing purposes. We only handle what you give us, and only use it for the purpose you gave it for.

What data, for what and for how long?

• Quote requests and messages (name, email, phone, requested services, message): to reply and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: 24 months from the last contact.
• Appointment bookings (name, email, phone, note, time): to run the meeting, including the cancellation link. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b). Retention: 24 months after the appointment.
• Newsletter (email, language, time of signup): to send news and offers after double opt-in. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a). Retention: until you unsubscribe; every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Commissioned work, client portal (name, email, phone, project materials, files and comments you send): to perform the contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b). Retention: 24 months after the project ends; accounting records for the period required by law (usually 8 years, Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Testimonials (name, company, rating, text): published only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a).
• Technical data: to protect against abuse (spam, excessive requests) we create a shortened, irreversible hash of the visitor which we keep for at most a day. The hosting provider keeps the usual server logs (e.g. IP address, time). Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) (site security).

Cookies and local storage

• dm_lang (cookie, 1 year): remembers your language choice. Strictly necessary.
• dm_admin (cookie, until the browser is closed): staff login session only; visitors never get it.
• dm_theme, dm_motion, dm_notice (local storage): theme, animation setting and dismissed notice; they stay in your browser only.

We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required; the notice is informational only.

Who receives the data?

• Hosting provider: Rackhost Zrt..
• Emails are sent by the hosting provider or the mail server we configured.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers, so your IP address is sent to Google when you visit. If you prefer not to, block font loading in your browser; the site still works.
• YouTube / Vimeo: videos on our work pages load only after you click play (privacy mode); nothing is sent to the provider before that.

We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier lawful processing). Write to mediadream2025@gmail.com; we reply within one month.

You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, www.naih.hu) or go to court.
